  • Domestic: We deliver to all regions within Sri Lanka.
  • International: Currently, we focus on serving our customers within Sri Lanka. International delivery services are not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities (Colombo, Kandy, Galle, etc.) may be faster, while delivery to more remote areas may take the full estimated time.

Please Note: All timeframes are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport delays, or public holidays may occasionally impact delivery schedules.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee will be applied to all orders. Free islandwide delivery is available for all orders above a specified value. The exact rates and free delivery threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout on our website or communicated at the time of order placement.
  • International Shipping: Not applicable.

4. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified.
  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a dispatch notification with relevant tracking details (where available).
