Ingredients

  • 300 g prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp chilli paste
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Colman’s Teriyaki Aminos
  • Salt – to taste
  • Bamboo or metal skewers

Cooking Instructions

  1. Marinate the prawns:
    In a bowl, combine prawns with paprika, garlic powder, chilli flakes, chilli paste, honey, lemon juice, salt, and Colman’s Teriyaki Aminos. Mix well until evenly coated.
  2. Rest:
    Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour to let the flavours absorb.
  3. Skewer and grill:
    Thread prawns onto skewers. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with leftover marinade until caramelised and cooked through.
  4. Serve: Plate immediately, garnished with a light drizzle of Colman’s Teriyaki Aminos and a squeeze of lemon.
